What the visit price covers

Approval comes before added time.

During the included work window, we assess the interruption and focus on the most practical next step. If more time would help, we explain why and ask before continuing.

Outside standard hours After 6 PM or on weekends: add $10 to the visit and $10 per additional 30 minutes. Cancellation within two hours of the confirmed arrival window, or a no-show, may incur a $49 call-out fee.
